International Aikido Seminar was organized in Yerevan on May 26-28, 2017 under the guidance of the head of Interregional Aikido Club OOSHINKAN A.Kachan (6 Dan, Aikikai).

In 2010, on June 25-June 30 international aikido seminar was organized in Anapa in Russia.
Seminar was conducted by instructor Kuribayashi Takanori (7 Dan, Shihan), AIKIKAI HOMBU DOJO
 
Participants Subue Mitsoru (7 Dan), cheif of aikido club "Meyrin-Dzuku", Nagoya,
Onisi Makuto (5 Dan), cheif of aikido club "Ayiti Sekotuku Daigaku" university, Nagoya.

Armenian delegation B.Vardanyan, A.Mikaelyan, N.Bakbergenov, A.Kazaryan particapted in seminar.

A.Mikaelyan passed nidan examination, A.Kazaryan passed shodan examination.


Yerevan 2009

In 2009, on November 29 Aikido seminar was  organized in Yerevan. Seminar was conducted by the head of Armenia Regional Aikido Center Shidoin Beniamin Vardanyan 4 Dan (Yerevan).

In 2008, on October 27-29 Aikido seminars were organized in Yerevan. Seminars were conducted by the representative of the official delegation of AIKIKAI HOMBU DOJO, Shidoin Kachan Alexander 5 Dan (Moscow).


Yerevan 2006

In 2006, on October 27-29 Aikido seminars were organized in Yerevan. Seminars were conducted by the representative of the official delegation of AIKIKAI HOMBU DOJO, Sidoin Kachan Alexander 5 Dan (Moscow).

Kachan Sensei demonstrated the recent new techniques and gave special comments on aikido techniques. The seminars concluded by the examination session during which trainees had a chance to pass attestation for dan and kyu levels. As a result, B.Vardanyn passed attestation for the 4th  dan, two students passed an exam for the 1st  dan and other trainees passed attestation for kyu degrees.

Yerevan 2004

In 2004 on December 11-15 for the first time in aikido history of Armenia, international Aikido festival and Aikido seminars were organized in Yerevan. Dinamo sport center in Yerevan hosted the event during which aikido technique demonstrations were performed under the guidance of official delegation of AIKIKAI HOMBU DOJO including Shihan Yokota Yoshiaki 7 Dan (Tokyo), Shihan Kanazava Takeshi 6 Dan (Tokyo), Shihan Sakurai Hiroyuki  5 Dan (Tokyo), Sidoin Kachan Alexander 5 Dan (Moscow), and Sidoin Suzuki Toshio 3 Dan (Tokyo).

Yerevan 2003

International Aikido Seminars were organized on October 10-12, 2003 in Yerevan. The event was cinducted by the head of Moscow Branch of Aikido World Headquarters Sensei Kachan A.B (5 Dan). Sensei Kachan demonstrated aikido techniques, and gave an interview to "Haylur" Newscast of National TV1. In his speech, Sensei evaluated Aikido development level achieved by Armenian Regional Center within last five years since the day of its establishment. On October 12 Kachan Sensei leaded attestation of aikido trainees.Skills, knowledge and degrees obtained as a result of these seminars became of a significant importance to all participants.

Yerevan 2000

International aikido seminars honored by participation of the official delegation from Aikikai Hombu Dojo (Tokyo), and conducted by Shihan Kuribayashi Takanori (6 Dan), took place in August 2000.

Yerevan 1998

In 1998, for the first time international aikido seminars conducted by Sensei Kachan Alexander(5 Dan) were organized in Armenia.

In 1997, Armenia Regional Aikido center launched its first international aikido seminars which were conducted by Beniamin Vardanyan in Yerevan
